Spice Farm and Nature Gardens

Enjoy a cool drink while your host, Dr. Ronald Gatty provides a short history and challenges of pioneering a plantation cut from the jungle. See native cooking in both the usual earth-oven and highland cooking in bamboo tubes. Be entertained by lively native dances and songs of war, joy and love, you may even join in. The spice team will bid a fond farewell with the Fijian farewell song before you head back to the wharf.
