Whilst we want you to enjoy the event and experience the product, don't forget you are representing Carnival Australia and there is an expectation for you to remain professional at all times.

ONLINE CHECK-IN & BOARDING DOCUMENTS

Our Shore Operations Team have kindly allocated a specific check-in slot for staff between 2.00pm-2.45pm, but this won’t be reflected in the check-in slots provided to you in Cruise Control.  Therefore, please choose the latest check-in time slot available to you in order to print your eTicket.  

Complete your online check-in at www.cruisecontrol.pocruises.com.au. Once mandatory details have been entered you will be able to print your E-Ticket. For any changes that cannot be made via Cruise Control, please contact showcase@pocruises.com.au or call 0466 025 817. Cruise Control must be completed for all passengers in the booking prior to embarkation day.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations need to be advised in writing to showcase@pocruises.com.au. If you are unable to make it on the day please call 0466 025 817.

LUGGAGE

Baggage drop off or porter services will not be available for this cruise. ONLY carry-on luggage will be permitted, so leave the kitchen sink at home please!

ROOM/DINING ALLOCATIONS

Room and Dining allocations are subject to change up until check-in and may not reflect what is on your eTicket. Given the nature of this special event, we are unable to honour requests for specific room types, locations or numbers and dining times. Thank you in advance for your understanding. Please also note that Room Service will be unavailable.

INCLUSIONS

All meals (excluding specialty dining experiences), entertainment and selected onboard activities.

PARTICIPANTS TO COVER

  • Own air/transport arrangements to/from Sydney to connect with the cruise. Own pre/post accommodation if required.
  • Beverages, spa, shops, casino and any items of a personal nature whilst onboard.

WHAT TO WEAR

Afternoon: Cruise Casual

We suggest comfortable clothes for the afternoon events, which will allow you to explore and enjoy the ship with ease. For women, cruise casual attire may include pants, shorts, t-shirts and sundresses. For men, this may include shorts, polo shirts or t-shirts.

For staff that have been allocated specific tasks on the day, an event uniform will be provided prior to embarkation.

From our experience, we know that rubber-soled, low heeled or flat shoes with extra traction are favourable for making your way around the ship. Please be sure to check the local weather prior to departing and pack appropriately. For those who want a thrill, be sure to pack your swimsuit so you can try our epic new waterslides. 

Evening: Cocktail (the colour of your mood!)

Show us how you really feel when you dress to the colour of your mood. From the cool, calm and collected blue, to the fiery red, to the happy-go-lucky yellow, your outfit will say it all. 

OTHER BITS AND PIECES

Money: You must register your credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or debit card (Visa or MasterCard) when you check-in at the terminal, or you will be unable to board. To enable express check out, cash will not be accepted.

Health: During check-in all passengers will be required to answer some health questions. Dependant on those answers, you may be referred to the ship’s medical team and refused embarkation.

Medical & Mobility Requirements: We care about the health and safety of our guests. To assist, please make sure you have advised us if you have any condition that requires medical attention, medication or special treatment. We can’t accept any guests onboard who have entered their 24th week or later of pregnancy by the end of their cruise. Guests who are pregnant during their cruise need to supply a Doctor’s ‘Fit to travel’ note, including your estimated due date, prior to embarkation.

Travel Insurance: For all staff, separate travel insurance is not required for this event. Normal workplace policies will apply.

SPECIAL NOTICE:

P&O Cruises reserves the right to cancel this event at any time for reasons which are beyond its control. If this event is cancelled, you will be contacted on the mobile phone number you have provided. In the event of cancellation, P&O Cruises will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, including any accommodation or travel arrangements you make as a result of the cancellation.
