What happens if I become unwell during my cruise?
If you become unwell during your cruise, you should get in contact with our onboard medical centre to arrange a consultation and any necessary testing, or if it's an emergency, dial 000 from any onboard telephone.
Our highly trained medical staff of doctors and nurses are experienced in, and capable in caring for a broad range of medical conditions.
Please note that all consultations (including assessment for COVID-19), treatment and medication will incur a fee, which may be able to be claimed trough your travel insurance.
In the interest of public health, and to prevent possible exposure to other people onboard, any guest or crew member who is diagnosed by our medical team as having a communicable disease, may be required to isolate and/or quarantine for a period of time while onboard. For COVID-19, anyone who tests positive will be required to isolate for a minimum of five days while onboard, from the day of their positive result.
