Daily Health Tips
- If you take regular medication, make sure you have enough for your whole holiday and a couple of days’ extra just in case. Keep it close and carry in your hand luggage.
- Please drink alcohol in moderation at all times. When you’re ashore, check alcohol content of local and imported drinks.
- Be extremely careful if you’re having Kava - a popular herbal, medicinal and ceremonial drink in the Pacific Islands. It enhances the effects of alcohol and long term use may cause liver damage.
- To prevent illness, wash your hands often and thoroughly and always after going to the toilet, before handling food and eating.
